Is there a minimum number of places that I am required to purchase?
Lounge places are available for as little as one guest. Executive Boxes require a minimum number of guests; please contact the Sales Team on 02380 727768 who will be happy to assist.
When will my tickets arrive?
Tickets are normally released to clients seven to 14 days prior to the fixture and are sent via first class post. Should you book closer to the fixture then this window, then we do have a facility to collect your tickets on the day from your Lounge entrance. If you fail to receive your tickets within 48 hours of the fixture date please contact the Sales Team on 02380 727768 who will be happy to assist. Please note: tickets will only be released once full payment has been made and funds have been cleared.
Where do I collect my tickets from?
If you are collecting tickets they will be available for you to collect from the entrance to your Lounge (please see ‘What entrance do I use to access my Lounge’ below). Please ensure you have the correct details of the company/individual who booked your tickets upon arrival.
I’ve lost my tickets can I get replacements?
If you lose or fail to receive your tickets within 48 hours of the fixture date please contact the Sales Team on 02380 727768 who will be happy to assist.
Where are the hospitality seats located in the stadium?
All hospitality seats are located in the upper, central area of the Itchen Stand offering premium padded seats. Blocks 5–9 are in operation to hospitality guests and seats are allocated on via a ‘best available’ process.
What entrance do I use to access my Lounge?
To ensure a smooth entrance to your hospitality experience, please use the correct entrance to access your Lounge. This is written on your matchday ticket letter and is listed below:
Executive Boxes 1-26: Main Reception

What time do Lounges open before a match?
Hospitality Lounges and Executive Boxes open from two-and-a-half hours prior to kick-off. All hospitality bars close approximately one hour after the final whistle with hospitality areas closing 20 minutes after this. Please check your itinerary provided with your tickets as timings are subject to change.
Is there parking available at St Mary’s?
There is very limited parking available at St Mary’s on an individual match basis however there are also a number of private car parks situated within the surrounding area that charge between £5-£10 per car and are a short walk from the stadium.
What is the dress code?
A smart dress code is required when entering all of our hospitality areas. We do allow smart jeans, but not ripped / bleached jeans, distressed trainers or sportswear, including replica shirts (with the exception of children under the age of 13).
May I bring guests who support away teams?
Visiting supporters are welcome within the hospitality facilities at St Mary’s Stadium and are respectfully requested to be mindful of the location of their seats being in a home supporters’ area. Away supporters are advised to act discreetly and display behaviour that is respectful of their location. Away colours, scarves and badges are not permitted and any guests found to be behaving in an inappropriate manner, which may incite other supporters, will be liable to be refused entry or asked to leave the stadium without compensation.
Are children welcome?
Children and babies are welcome in the hospitality areas; however, we do not offer a discretionary price for children. All children must have their own ticket for entry into the Stadium. Children accessing stadium seating need to be over two years of age and capable of supporting themselves in their seat. Babies and young children who do not meet our Ground Regulations specified above must remain in the Lounge or Executive Box accompanied by an adult during the match.
Is there disability access?
All hospitality Lounges are disability accessible; please advise your Sales Executive if wheelchair access or further assistance is required.
Club Southampton Drinks Policy
Guests of Club Southampton are advised that no alcohol can be brought onto the premises and a member of the security team will confiscate this on arrival. Club Southampton operates a responsible drinking policy and all the staff are trained to the highest standards in order to uphold this policy. Where an inclusive drinks package is offered, guests are advised that only one drink is permitted at a time and further drinks will be made available once the previous drinks ordered have been consumed.
