Why should I become a member? What are the benefits?
Official Members receive a minimum of 3 days priority on purchasing home tickets, a priority window for purchasing away tickets (after Season Ticket holders) and priority access to the Ticket Exchange for sold-out matches. Official Members also receive an exclusive monthly newsletter and a membership card for access to matches. As well as this, Junior Members receive a special gift in their welcome pack, the opportunity to become a mascot for home and away matches, a birthday card and a 10% discount on Saints Foundation holiday courses. Members can also join Season Ticket Holders for access to exclusive events such as the recent Fans Forum.
Do I have to bring my membership card with me to get in?
If your ticket has been uploaded to your card, then just scan your membership card at the turnstile to gain access to the ground. Don’t forget to have your seat details to hand once you’re in the stadium! These will be included in your email confirmation.
Has my ticket been uploaded to my membership card?
If you are a member then your ticket will be uploaded to your membership card.
If you’ve bought two or more tickets, you will need to allocate each to other supporters linked to you via your friends and family and choose how they receive their ticket.
Why have you sent me one ticket, I bought 2 and they said smartcard upload?
If you have bought more than one ticket only yours will be uploaded to your membership card.
Other tickets purchased at the same time will be sent according to your selection at the time you bought them – Print@Home or Post. Please check your confirmation email for full information.
I haven’t received my ticket. Has it been added straight to my membership card?
If you are a member, your ticket will be automatically added to your membership card. Check your confirmation email for information regarding other tickets bought in the same transaction.
I’m a Season Ticket Holder – can I buy extra tickets for my friends/family?
For matches that go on general sale you can buy extra tickets, although we would highly recommend allocating these to the Supporter Numbers of those attending.
For certain high priority games we have to put additional criteria in place both for security reasons and also to ensure that as many genuine fans as possible have the opportunity to attend the more popular matches, therefore Season Ticket Holders are not eligible to buy extra tickets under their own Supporter Numbers. Tickets for these matches are sold on a strictly one ticket per Supporter Number basis. To ensure your friends and family can attend the higher profile matches, make sure you always allocate any ticket you buy for them to their customer number to build their attendance history.
My ticket/membership card won’t let me in the Stadium – what do I do?
Please advise the nearest steward, who will initially check your ticket on a hand held device if possible. Should there still be a problem you will be asked to go to the Ticket Office 1 to resolve the ticketing issue.
I’ve lost my ticket/season ticket/membership card – what do I do?
Please visit or contact the Ticket Office who will be happy to help. Please note that re printing a ticket renders the original invalid, and therefore you will not be able to use them if you do find them.
Charges will apply for reprinting lost cards/tickets. However, if they have been stolen we ask that you provide a crime reference number so that we can waive those charges.
What is my Supporter Number?
Your Supporter Number is the unique number you will use to log in. If you’ve forgotten your Supporter Number, then simply contact the Ticket Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 02381 780 780.
Why can’t I log in to the ticket site?
To log-in to your account, you will need your Supporter Number and password. If you’ve forgotten your Supporter Number, then simply contact the Ticket Office at email@example.com or call us on 02381 780780. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
I’ve selected Print@Home – what do I do?
Firstly, your ticket must be printed. You will not be able to gain entry using your mobile phone or any other electronic device.
Your ticket can be printed at home, at work, at a friend’s house – anywhere you have access to your email and to a printer.
Your ticket is sent to you as a PDF document attached to your confirmation email. Open your confirmation email and double click on the attachment. Once open, you can select print.
Please always print on A4 paper. One ticket per A4 sheet of paper. Do not amend the ticket size.
You must keep your paper dry. Poor quality printing/ink may result in your ticket being rejected at the turnstiles. If this happens you will be asked to go to the Ticket Office for them to re issue your ticket.
Please fold your ticket as per the printed instructions prior to arriving at the turnstile.
Can I buy tickets for a match even though I've never been before?
Some matches go on ‘general sale’ which means you can buy tickets even if you haven’t been to a match at St Mary’s before.
You will need to register your details and you will be given a Supporter Number in order to purchase.
For some games, we have to put additional measures in place for supporters to buy tickets, and we are not permitted to allow tickets to go on general sale.
Can I reserve tickets in advance?
No, we are unable to reserve tickets. You can check our website to keep up to date with all upcoming on sale dates here.
If you are registered with us and accept emails you will also be advised of when you qualify for tickets for upcoming matches. If you're not registered, sign up for email reminders here.
When do tickets for a particular match go on sale?
Tickets for home games usually go on sale 5 weeks before the game, initially to Official Members. Click here for more details.
The website says I can only buy a ticket if I have attended a match before. Do Cup games count?
Yes – all competitive home matches (excluding friendlies) will count towards your attendance history as long as that ticket was allocated to your own Supporter Number.
If someone else buys tickets for you for any match, make sure they are linked to you via Friends and Family online and they can allocate your ticket to your Supporter Number.
We are not able to do this after a purchase has been completed, or a match attended.
What time does the Ticket Office open on Saturday?
On a non-matchday Saturday, the Ticket Office opens at 9.30. If it is a matchday, the Ticket Office opens at 9.00am, or 11.00am for a 5.30pm kick-off.
The Ticket Office will close at half time, but will re-open again at the final whistle for half an hour.
My ticket for tomorrow’s game hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
If it is a home fixture, check your confirmation email to make sure the fulfilment method says ‘Post’. If it does, simply come to the Ticket Office where we’ll be happy to re-issue it for you.
If your ticket is for an away fixture, please contact the Ticket Office at the stadium to advise on 02381 780780 or by email via firstname.lastname@example.org for advice. Don’t worry, you won’t miss the match!
I’m a Saints fan but my friend is an away fan. Can we sit together?
For safety reasons, we are unable to allow home supporters to sit in the away section, and vice-versa.
